Hi guys,

I hope you can help me...

I search for "Temperature versus mole fraction for high and low boiling azeotropes - charts"

e.g. like those for azeotropes:

Maybe for chloroform / water... I found only charts which just showing raw curves...

Is there any option to get real charts for that?

If you didn't understand what I wanted to say, here is a link to phase diagrams and if you scroll down, for azeotropes, for what I search.

thx in advance. :)

Ya, I heard of Ullman's, but thats quite to expensive for me >1000$ and more ;)

I'll try to find something from the engineers book.

If its table data... it should be possible to write a simple app, which makes charts from the data?

You might try a university library. You just need to read the book (you might even do that at the university, without actually borrowing the book).

And indeed, any silly computer program will plot the data once you have the numbers. Excel can do it. I prefer Octave (which uses a code identical to Matlab, but it is for free).

Useful keywords to find this type of data are:

- Vapor liquid equilibria (VLE)

- Bubble point, dew point
