hello

i am on a foundation year for mechanical engineering and have been given an assignment on plastic bonded explosives. My piece is on the microstructure/ sensitivity. I have looked all over google searching using loads of titles trying to get something usefull on this. 90% of it is either way too complicated or you have to pay and register to a site. Can somebody please give me a link to a site that is the basics of the microstructure and explains the varying volume fraction varys the sensitivity

hey sorry about that i was unsure if it should be under engineering as it is a project for that course, or chemistry as it is heavily chemistry based.

Might help if you link to an example of the kind of site that you're after -- one of the overly-complex ones that you'd like a simpler version of -- and explain what you do/don't get.
