Hi

I'm currently at university and have a set of results for an experiment which involved polycaprolactone particles treated with sodium hydroxide. Size range 10-30 micrometres. Buffer PBS. I found the zeta potential to be roughly 5mV. But with NaOH treatment and PCL i expected results to be negative.

I am so confused, can anyone please help or refer me to where I can get help?
