During the campaign the Obama camp promised a 5-day review of all legislation sent to if by Congress before signing. It did not do that with the Lilly Ledbetter act. Wups.

IMO this is a minor slip-up, but I hope it fixes this and follows-through on its promise of 5-day public comment reviews of ALL legislation before signing.
