Hey everybody, I hope you are well.

 

I am currently a student at the University of the West of Scotland studying Computer Science.

 

I am currently doing my coursework and I am stuck on a question. I will post the question, could someone please explain how I would get the answer? I get the general gist of the question but I'm quite unsure about it.

Op Code - 8 bits. Address Mode - 4 bits. Register Address - 4 bits. Operand Specification - 16 bits.

 

ADD V, 0, 30AC with Register 0 containing 12A4

 

Describe clearly the effect of each of these instructions when executed.
