I've been trying to solve this question, but I have no clue where to start from. Someone help me out please.

 

question 1... pure (s)-amphetamine has a specific rotation of +37.6 degree. If a mixture of (S) and ® emphetamine has a specific rotation of -21.0 degree, Calculate the percentage of each enantiomer present in the mixture.

 

question 2...The reaction of molecular chlorine(cl2) with an excess of ®-CH3CHClCH2CH2CH3 will produce _______ products, including stereoisomers.

 

Would it be 7 products?

Also, how many of the products from that reaction will be optically active?
