What do you think about the concept of integrating computing technologies with life sciences and healthcare applications? A web-based magazine called OBBeC.Com ( http://www.obbec.com ) covers the horizons of this concept, since bioinformatics has showed us all what we can achieve in modern genomics and molecular biology through the use of computing technologies.

But I do wonder how far can we go with this concept in life sciences and healthcare. What I like about this magazine is that it actually does cover this concept beyond just bioinformatics.

What do you guys think about this concept?

i believe it is essential for numerous reasons. w/o it, i don't see the Human Genome project was possible, etc

I may not be able to vote but, I would like to say that it's very useful for ecologicol models.
