Are you saying we should get rid of the sun?

Yes, you got it, that's exactly what was suggested. We should blow up the sun. It definitely will prevent hurricanes from forming.

I see a giant mylar sheet, majestically circling the earth...and then hitting the ISS and giftwrapping it. :P
