I have not done this in a long time, and I can't for the life of me figure this out:

I started out with (C - A) U (B - (A n B n C))

 

Is that correct? It seems I am missing something...

Sounds right. Although you could probably get away with

 

[math]

(C \setminus A) \cup (B \setminus C)

[/math]

 

since [math]C \setminus A[/math] will contain the bits that you need from C.
