hi,

I incubate cells for 2h in 37°C 5%CO2 and try with a cell scraper to scrap my cells which adhered on the petri-dish. I want to distinguish between adhere and non-adhere cells. Can anyone tell me how is the best way to do it because Im loosing cells (I count the cells in supernatant and cells which adhere on petri-dish. The total amount is quite far away from my original input).
