Vista and HTML forms???

Featured Replies

does anyone know how I can stop this popup that says:

"Security Alert!

Your current security setting does not allow you to send HTML forms"

everytime I try to search something on Google or Youtube or Yahoo or Dogpile etc....

it`s rendering the net Unusable!

I`ve killed Norton, shut down the firewall, stopped windows defender and allowed EVERYTHING, and yet it still does it???

anyone?

does it not work?

do you have a second browser you can try, like firefox, to see if it's an IE problem?

also, what firewall are you using? zonealarm would be suspect for wierd overly-zelous 'security' 'features' (zonealarm has protected you from teh evil HTTP headers of doom! you may notice some reduced functionality' :D ) (and also would be a suspect for not shutting down when it looks like it is)

there`s non on it now, and it`s Not this machine, it`s my mothers new laptop.

I`ve shut down ALL security and disabled things it says Not Reccomended.

also it will DL and play something off Youtube (if it`s on the front page, you can`t search coz that error comes up when you type), but it won`t DL Adaware for instance, that`s also Blocked!????
