Whether somebody knows where it is possible to read (in the Internet well) about the theory of passage of a wave package of a quantum particle through a potential hill (For example, through a rectangular potential hill)?

I am interesting potential hill probability passage for given energy and breadth wave package.

Whether there are appropriate numerical experiments? Give please the references.
