Well, for one, both have clearly broken from mainstream partisan politics. They're willing to call BS where they see it. They have very different politics, but both appeal to be greatly. I guess Mike Gravel appeals to my liberal side and Ron Paul appeals to my libertarian side. Personally I think there would be no better presidential race this election than Mike Gravel vs. Ron Paul, but of course that will never happen. What do you think?
