Hi folks

In chemistry we're going to have a project about "colouring agent in foodstuff". We need some useful links to our project but we don't know which homepages are trustworthy. Wikipedia seems a bit abused.

it may be an idea to search for all "E Numbers" that start with 1

these are the Color agents.
