Are you thinking of quantized changes? There are some ideas related to this.

I think the basis for the thinking is that a surface - a 2 dimensional set, can either be thought of as a connection or correlation between 2 different 3 dimensional sets, or also as deviation between from two 1 dimensional sets.

 

For any given confidence level, there is a minimum confidence interval. Typically 100% requires an infinitely many samples, just like determining position exactly in QM requires infinite momentum.

 

In a certain sense there is a analogy with sample size and confidence, and momentum, I thikn it can even be sort of identified with the confidence. So the confidence level is implied in your prior. In which case it almost seems trivial.

 

This is interesting stuff... there are I think several opinions on this and most of it is technically speculations, but there's little doubt that it will mature eventually.

if i will get remark-its will help me to understand what do you think,

maybe i am wrong or maybe i am just,but i am give a new point of view-so post replay sometime it is significant,and sometimes it is good to know just people have an idea about this-thank you for the attention
