I need help real bad on finding out which of these compounds,solid honey,lauric acid,epsom salt,and washing soda,are composed of ions and which are composed of molecules.Can anyone tell me?Also how and why?

 

P.S

it would be geat if anyone told me which compounds are electrolytes and non-electrolytes.
