E-coli and Micrococcus

I have a few questions that I found it difficult to answer.

 

1. What is the term use to describe the different shapes of E-coli and Micrococcus?

2. List down some safety precautions while using the high-power lens.

 

For the first question, I write E-coli is worm like stucture while Micrococcus is wround in structure. I wonder if are there any special name given to this different so will need your help.

 

The second question I understand better but I have limited points. I cant think of the danger and care for using high power lens or oil immersion len? are they? Eg. be careful not to allow other lens to touch the oil except oil immersion len.
