YT2095 Posted November 15, 2003 Share Posted November 15, 2003 I have 2 transistors here, and a seach for them on the net has proven useless the parts are by Toshiba marked as: GT50J323 and GT50J324. I assume they`re a matched pair, and I know they are drivers for a step up transformer out of a Panasonic MicroWave. any help please? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
