I have 2 transistors here, and a seach for them on the net has proven useless :(

 

the parts are by Toshiba marked as: GT50J323

 

and GT50J324.

 

I assume they`re a matched pair, and I know they are drivers for a step up transformer out of a Panasonic MicroWave. any help please? ;)
