..a long time ago I saw an experiment where some dude took moth larvae and split them in half and watched as they grew....he also took one larvae and joined the halves with a small piece of tubing and a nerve ending grew through the tube and attached to the lower half then grew into a fully formed moth, until it died when the glass broke...I am an artist and I'm doing a series of paintings on this but can't find and material about it...cant remember the guys name or what it was...I have searched and searched..can anyone help me with any info? Thanks!
