Marshmallow video?

Featured Replies

Just seen this video here:

or here

or here

(All the same video!)

Anyway, I was wondering what the reactants (and I spose products) are in this experiment. Can anyone help?

(I called this "Marshmallow video?" because the top site's info on this video is "How marshmallows are made", question mark because I don't know how accurate that is)

Thanks :)

And you also answered a question I had (and made a thread on) a long time ago, the thread was called "Hydrogen Peroxide" because I knew there was some experiment involving H2O2 that looked quite impressive, however I couldn't remember the experiment at all, so I asked if anyone knew, no one did.

Looking through the list of materials and seeing H2O2 it just all clicked, this was the experiment I saw a long time ago and totaly forgot about.

With 7,633 and 374 posts here is the peroxide thread which has just been solved! http://www.scienceforums.net/forums/showthread.php?t=5804 Looking through it we got close, even mentioning KI, but never quite got the right experiment!

I remember seeing this experiment before. It was with soap before I think. It was a Whys Guy experiment.
