I am in need of what I think would be a very easy app to make in say, visual basic. I need a .exe file that will open 'index.htm' from the same directory as it in full screen (no buttons/scroll bars etc). I would really apprciate it, I have tried but I don't have any idea what to do.

You can do this with Internet Explorer in kiosk mode, see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=154780 If the page is bigger than your screen resolution you will have scroll bars though.

You could "shell out" Google vb shell out to find an example of the method.
