"blue colored" or "Amber colored" doesn`t say what the indicator agent is though, it could be INK for all we know :)

 

but since you mention Starch, then it`s most likely an Iodine soln, as that goes a blue/purple (and sometimes almost Black) color on exposure to starch, and is an Amber(ish) color in soln.

 

since this is More than likely your Homework question, there IS a clue in what I just said above :)
