When in Instagram we report to human rights watch and other organization about some violence and murder and felonies they never ask and never guide.

Therefore, we think there are hacking because they must answer even if they think spam and scam.

Iran is a country that Islamic terrorist groups and Islamic MAFIA do every they love, therefor i think hack tools like GET & POST query changer and Quantum computer install in some ISP or nodes in Irancell and other companies, it can cause all kind terroristic or crimes action even if only against a bad person doing.
