Hello all!

Could not somebody help me advice? I'm looking for typical official duties for employees of research laboratories (postgraduate and associate researchers, technicians, professors ect.)... Like instruction... Something formal, like "X is obliged to observe safety precautions regulations, to participate in educational programs". I would like to know a concrete circle of duties in west laboratories.
