can i form a mannich base out of phenylacetaldehyde , phenol and a seconday amine?

if yes would the reaction take place at the ortho or para position of the phenol.

and would the prodckt be a 1,2-diarylamine derivative?

i have read that phenols form a mannich whit aldehydes and sec.amines.

but i,,m not sure if a aromatic aldehyde like phenylacetaldehyde works too as a aldehyde.
