Unidentified Object - 300x Image of blood on organic substrate - What am I looking at?

Can someone recommend the appropriate forum to consider or identify what this image contains. I esitmate this image is a 150 - 300 x image

of human blood on an organic substrate.  The photo was taken with a $400 celestron miscroscope. 

 

Can someone explain what I am looking at?
