Determining percentage probability

If sports team A is expected to score between 10-20 points, and team b between 17-24 points, what is the  calculated percentage that team B will win by 3 points or more.

Basically, I'm looking to determine the total number of possibilities team B will win by 3 or more points, and what is the total number of possible scores.

Also I need the formulas so I can change the three variables.
