Hello,

when I look at my genetics and there the GEN HLA-B in IGV - I would like to know how I can tell that I am HLA-B27 positive?

The HLA-B gene has 7 exons and HLA-B27 should be between the 2nd and 3rd exon right? But what exactly makes HLA-B27 positive?
