How to induce MS-like inflammation in hCMEC/D3 cell line?

Hi everyone!
I'm using the hCMEC/D3 cell line to mimic BBB endothelial cells but am not sure how to create MS-like inflammation in vitro. Is it possible to do so? If so, please suggest any models you are aware of. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
