Electrolysis

Hi, im a student, and i need to conduct a research on anything chemistry related. i am interested in electrochemistry, so i thought of doing the affects of different currents to the electrolysis of copper sulphate solution. however, my teacher thought that it was too simple and i should find maybe something that i can extract copper sulphate from to get marks on the personal engagement part. do anyone have any ideas on how i can make this experiment 'a lil bit complex'? or do you have any ideas for my chemistry research relating to chemistry? thank you so much
