how to make oily boric acid flakes

Hi everybody  , its kind of challenge for me i coudn't made it so i'm looking for help , i try to make a oily powder that melt in hand like a solid flakes but when you squeez it melt and left oil behind , i could make boric acid flakes but they're not oily or creamy , they don't melt .
