Why would there NOT be a factor specific terminator?

Hello- first post here so I apologize if I have it in the wrong format or area

Im dealing with a DNA sequence and looking for the terminator that follows.

The ORF encodes for RtcB Ligase. Is there a reason I would not find a Terminator region downstream of the ORF? And if there is - why wouldn't it be factor specific?
