...As i red all the comments I felt there is a more precise explanation to this phenomenon.

It is a self triggered sesation that can cover from the area of a finger to the entire body area. Thru exercise or "meditation" people say it can be controlled for different areas of the body, while standing up or down or even while walking.

Some precise explanations:

- fully covered muscle twich

- the entire nervous system compressing and dilating

- intense feeling of the entire bloodsystem

- consciousness of body cells

Some weird but pretty close explanations:

- a wide web throunghout the body

- a very strong extasy feeling

Some people say the pupils are dilating during this experience. And it is hard to hold it for more than 10 seconds. It exhaust you also the change between conctration and release may feel like a relaxation feeling.

For 3 years i've been searching for answers about what does it mean or what can you do with it or even what happens with my body while doing this. Never found a clue and i have very low expectations about finding anything. I think it will be worth for an experiment with medical equipment to detect any energy flow or "movement" within the body.

(Also sorry for my awful english, still exercising it...)
