Do all natural bodies of water contain fluoride?

I have heard that fluoride exists naturally in all springs, lakes, rivers, oceans, etc...

Is naturally occurring fluoride in all the water on earth?  IS there such this as "fluoride free" water in nature?

particularly spring water is what im interested in.
