I got a pdf locked by some password. I could open the file but I am not able to combine several pages into one due to the lock. How can I unlock this document ?

I can't see what you want to do... best bet is to save it to your computer and then try doing a 'save as' and see if you can knock off the protection on the 'save as' copy you are about to make.
