Im doing a project on thomas edison and i was wondering excatly how many inventions did he invent.

I have looked all over the internet and i can not find anything on the experiment that let to the discovery of the Electron cloud atom model, could somone help me.

Latly i havent been able to find anything that is current with science and i as hoping somone had an idea of what current events have been going on in science plus im in 9th grade so dont come up with anything too complicated ok.
