About Me

Hmmm... I'm a returning student to academia. I have returned after taking a couple of years gaining work experience in a plethora of jobs. I helped take care of livestock in Texas. I trained as an Ironworker. I worked at a pizzeria. I've flipped burgers. I worked as a nurses aide. Presently I have a job studying. It is often hellish and involves long hours and little sleep which may be further augmented by the transition from college to university. I will be starting in a Bachelors of Science program for Biochemistry and will be minoring in Anthropology beginning January.

What is it that experience has taught me so far? I enjoy the mystery and discovery that my new endeavor in life brings. It is a change that has renewed my interest in asking questions and finding answers. As a returning student I now feel that it is never too late for one to return after a couple of years. With some hard work and the right attitude new paths will open.

I do not where I will be 20 years from now so I have come up with a very short list of things I would like to do before 50. Those goals have become a driving force that motivate me to work my heinee off. I am among very intelligent people here so I will be asking questions as I begin university classes very soon. Thanks for having me :)
