  1. magnesium is not stable as an element of its own, chances are that it is reactive and would react to form magnesium oxide, oxidized by oxygen. As temperatures so high are still present, it would certainly be magnesium oxide, a brittle compound. magnesium strips react with oxygen just with a flame burning, much less 300 degress of heating... -.-

  2. TO answer your question, when bonds are formed, it is exothermic, or it releases energy, when bonds are broken, it is endothermic, it requires energy to break them. usually, a reaction between 2 molecules have endothermic and exothermic reactions, to firstly break the bonds of each molecule, then to reform into the new products. The energy states against a graph which shows the different amounts of energy to break bonds then to reform are then viewed as a whole to determine if a reaction is an overall endo or exothermic reaction

  3. Humans did evolve, but with our superior intellect, as compared to other animals, we alter our environment to suit us instead, to tamper with nature. However, this process is carried out over an extremely long period of time, and humans slowly evolve from being normal animals to intelligent creatures, hence altering the environment to suit their own needs

  4. Are they related, down syndrome is a genetic disorder, known as trisomy 21, having 3 chromosomes on the supposed 21st pair, an error when chromosomes are lined up on the spindle apparatus in meiosis. But are the teeth and urine problems genetic in nature?

  5. Osmosis, simply put, is just the diffusion of water molecules. Just like diffusion, it requires no energy from ATP, it is not a metabolic process like active transport (transfer of molecules AGAINST a potential gradient). However, dead potato cells still have cell walls and cell membranes, hence, osmosis, transfer of water molecules still occurs between cells. For instance- from 0kPa to -4000kPa. within plant cells.

It is just a process like diffusion, to attain an equilibrium, so no energy is required, all follows the flow of a higher water potential to one of lower water potential (across a potential gradient)

Because dead cells have no energy to expend to carry out osmosis.
