As a manner of convention, in chemistry we never express reactions as:

A + B = C

We use arrows to signify the outcome of a reaction:

A + B --> C

To answer your question, though I'm not sure I agree with your reaction, the product you've drawn would be called 1-((4-aminobutyl)amino)-3-hydroxy-1-oxopropan-2-yl hydrogen phosphate (according to ChemBioDraw).

We have a bacterial structure that may have been made by the addition of putrescine to the OH group of glycerate-2-phosphate (see attached image). What should I call this compound and the enzyme which made the addition? I have seach pubChem but the compound is not in the database.
