If genetic code is understood more it could be modified to change anything in our body. It could be used to modify our bodys to be stronger or for us to he taller or shorter. When genetics advance more, the fountain of youth could become a reality, as well as making humans super strong and intelligent.

Sunspot seems to be right, we do not use up all of our brain for thinking, the 10 percent estimate says the average is 10 percent for all people doesnt it? so if it is 10 percent average, that means physisists and such would use up way more power for tought and athletes would still use up the same ammount but for a different action. This is what i think on the matter but I really havent studied this much and dont know the facts, just blurted what I think really quick

to us the universe seems to be made up of al the stars planets and other celestical bodies, what about super small organismas, this planet seems to them like their universe, perhaps were one litle part of some being, and he is part of another beig and this keeps on going on to infinity, who knows its probable but theres no proof to it and its just speculation =D

Can it be homosexuals think they are that they chose to be that way but were actually forced to be that way by all the people around them puttiing those ideas into them? After all being gay means you wont pass your genes on to the next generation wich means you become extinct doesnt it? but because the older men or women put those ideas into the children its keeps on being around?

well it was made clear to me that I was sounding very judgemental about the subject, I guess t was wrong of me to talk in that manner and It is just because i do not understand why are people like that? Are people born that way or is there something hat makes them that way, I would never treat a person differently if they were or were not gay, its just i want to understand why it is they do become that way any help would be appreciated

I said that psychology has a greater role that genetics, perhaps your genes make you weak and you can be changed rather quickly did you think of that? Why are people defending homosexuality so much, i have nothing against it you know, its just i am trying to see what exactly causes it

 

I am not hating on this guys you know, i am just trying to explain that it must be mostly psychological, animals do not get married they jsut have partners dont they? if this guys are right then homosexuality is not caused by genetics but caused by some kind of psychological trauma or what ever, its highly possible that this is caused by some thing that happens in this peoples lives and should not be ignored should it

so syaing that its natural really does not make sense because perverted homosexuals try to turn straight people into homosexuals and this really shouldnt be happening. You can not possibly know if the universe is a sphere or not, so far humans have only been able to see to a certain point were it seems its too far for us to make out what is out there, so basically the universe might be to big for us to be able to know if its a spehere or not, wich it probably is because everything seems to come out a sphere in this universe with everything being pulled into the center. If theres allways a force that contradicts another, then there might be something called anti gravity wich we dont know about. Perhaps this is the force that works on dark matter and it might make regular matter be pushed away from regular matter thus keeping the whole universe from blowing up. If what i say seems wrong please show me something the tells me otherwise.

Ok i think you guys got something going there with the deja vu, but the bad thing is I will think of what is going to happen a couple of minutes before it happens, then before it happens ill remember how i dreamt about it and then it will happen, so this cant possibly be deja vu because I think about it a long time before it happens

Ok basically what do you guys think about genetically modifying humans. Wouldnt it be great to modify our genes and have the eyes of a falcon, the Immune system of a crocodyile, and perhaps be able to grow limbs that we lose for one reason or another? Perhaps be able to run at extreme speeds like cheetas or even have a litle cute tale like a money

Bacteria seem to never die becauser they keep replicating, so do we by passing on our genes to the next generation, we do not exactly die but keep on living though our descendants

 

All I know is that people now a days dont want to die but rather want to find a way to extend their lifetimes because were affraid of death. The answer in extending lifes lies in our DNA and thats the only way to trully advance in our ability to live very long time.

Ok you look at somehtign on the screen you dont really feel nothing, this can make stupid kids see how to make home made bombs and they dont know the harm that it can do, this kids do not know whats happening because they dont feel this things? perhaps the internet is a dangerous place, only idiots can be made to do bad things tough, there should be a law to keep regular morongs off internet, That way all the inapropriate sites will be seen by only the select few(me) lol kidding internet is dangerous place for young young people and should be monitored because bad people can influence young minds into doing bad things or basically make them into a bad person for the rest of their lives

I freaking know! Most people will say that it is impossible but many times during my life I have seen thigns happen right before they actually happen. Well actually ill remember somethign that happened but it dint its about to happen. This happens to me so many times it is not even important to me

 

The thing is this appears to be because I have an ability to do many calculations in my head and come up with many outcomes so perhaps I just dreamt this things because i tought that it might happen, perhaps the breain is able to do such a thing, Maybe people predicting the future might just have th ability to o massive ammounts of calculations and perhaps make up the idea that somehting has a certain percent chance of happening so you dream it or somehting like that.

 

Well if anyone has any toughts on this I could welcome some info on such things. I believe in science and actually forseeing the future doesnt sem like possibility to me

but the thing is you cant breed plants to resist extreme temperatures or to produce a new kind of protein in milk, thats where genetic modification come in. Scientists are not genetically modifying plants and animals to harm people and I am pretty sure a lot of precaution is taken to keep plants from spreading around the world and terroricing people with some kinda new ability to walk....

 

its quite simple, you add a gene to a salmon to make it grow very fast and big and thats it, theres no negative consequences unless the scientists did their job and research the possibilities of the gene they are altering having a negative consequence like the salmon somehow beimg poisonous.

 

stop crying and eing scared of genetic modification and learn about it, go to college and study this field and become a scientist who makes a difference instead of crying about it.
