You need two things to figure out part B, the total distance the runner travels westward, and the time it takes him to get there. You are given the time, which leaves only distance traveled.
If you draw the track out on paper, ( assuming a circular track as no dimensions were given) and mark both the starting point and the halfway point you may notice the total distance between those two points can easily be calculated using simple geometric equations.

As people age the levels of hormones and proteins produced will change. If you like the effects of the B vitamins you can always pick up suppliments at your local health store if the regular vitamins do not contain as high levels.
Overdosing on your oil soluble vitamins or minerals is associated more often with children taking adult vitamins over a period of time.
