    Sudden appearance of small blue dots in my vision

    These two facts concur. I have faithfully prayed 4 prayers each day for at least a couple of years. One of the prayers is The Prayer to St. Michael. In the past few months, I have seen the little blue dot appear only in the left eye. It is there, then gone. It happens almost every day. Sometimes more than once a day.
