A "soul" is our combined being. It is not something metaphysical. So when we die, our "soul" dies with us.

I do think that were are not being pulled towards the center of the Earth. We are being either pushed towards the center of the Earth. Or more like falling towards the center of the Earth.

A black hole is likely just a very dense spherical object, that has a gravitational field so strong that not even light can escape it. I do not think that the laws of physics inside it break.
