With me the jerking/shivering happens, but not the breath

I've been studying this topic for some time, as I can induce this electric feeling anywhere in my body, and move it around just like others have reported. When I focus the sensation in my head, it makes my left pupil dilate, but leaves the right unaffected. 

 

This happens to me as well, but in my right eye not the left.
