Hello! Could anyone draw this specificanton with a 3-D program:?

1 circle with the diameter of 1 (not depending if cm or inches, size doesn't matter)

1 circle with the diameter of 33

make a surface on the circle with 33, measure 1 from the center point and make a circle of 1 around it

connect the extents of both

What does it look like?
