Human cells have 23 pairs of chromosomes. They are numbered from 1 to 22 and then sexual chromosomes XX for girls XY for boys. In each pair of chromosome one is a copy of a father chromosome and one is a copy of a mother chromosome. These chromosomes contain 22000 genes, but these genes constitute only 1 % of the DNA. Thanks to this mixing of mother and father sequences it is considered that when looking at the DNA sequence (3 billions A,T,G, C) each human being is unic. with the exception of course of true twins. And even for true twins there is some debate to my knowledge. This would be very important, if confirmed, because many data about the role of heredity are based on the study of true twins: type and age of disease for instance. The "best" true twins for researchers are those who have been separated after birth (I suppose there are not so many). Because they are supposed to have exactly the same heredity but a different environnment in their life.

Can anyone please help ,by explaining how ribosomes are synthesis in the nucleus?
ribosomal proteins are synthetized in the cytoplasm and then sent to the nucleolus. Ribosomal subunits are assembled in the nucleolus and then sent in the cyytoplasm where ribosomes are assembled. Ribosomal subunits can go through the nuclear membrane pores thanks to an active transport with receptors which trigger an opening of the pores.

The Sensitivity of the pH Value of the DNA and the DNA's Order
in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology

Are there publications indicating that DNA repair, which means DNA synthesis, takes place in blood cells when blood pH changes ? This can be done in animals using radioactive nucleotides, then extracting DNA from blood cells to measure its radioactivity.
