Hi everyone!

We try to work with a tag for genes called "Hellfire". This consists in a gene sequence codifying for 6 histidines+protease site+3FLAG.

Does anyone know a source to have this in a plasmid? Did anyone work with this?

I have the task to tag my gene with Hellfire (in 3`, so C-tag). I have an idea about what is carrying but I don't find original reference, neither sequence nor complete description. I wonder if someone could know. Thanks for any information about.
