  1. My question is, does time have a speed? could events be going along faster in different places in the universe? can it be speed up or slowed down?
  2. So whats the point? , don't see how fliping a structure on mars 4 times is significant at all, and as insane_alien says the human mind seeks paterns.
  3. If its mirrored then what's the significance?!!!! Thats just flipping a picture round!
  4. About 3-4months i bought my first telescope (Celestron Firstscope 90 EQ) and ive been trying to grasp how to make my way around the stars using star charts. I can't make much sense of it. I know the main constellations and I'm familiar with the night sky in London. I understand about star brightness and their symbols but could someone please outline simply and orderly how exactly star charts work with coordinates. Also with my new telescope how do i apply the star chart coordinates to my telescopes equatorial mount.
  5. The forth image is symmetrical, you said you haven't done anything to it? looks like the low definition image of the mars face...
  6. Does this effect them significantly, does it induce anything on the strings or change anything. Could different thought frequencies effect them differently?
  7. I Just finished watching The Elegant Universe by briane green (if that's how you spell his name). I have the book which i will read soon but I have one question. Knowing now that everything could be made up of strands of vibrating energy, and knowing that a human brain emits an electromagnetic signals, can these signals have any effect on strings? I've heard a few people talk about this on the internet. Just a thought, tell me if I'm wrong.
  8. Don't quite understand what you're saying here? opposed to what I'm saying or for? As opposed to the fact that nuclear power plants are to expensive and take to much time to make and run. This is not good enough for the drastic change that is needed to prevent climate change (which will kill a lot of people).
  9. Yes... i am aware that the universe is expanding, where did i not make that clear? was just questioning directly what he was saying... Don't see how i was wrong there... i wasn't agreeing with the "hypothesis". I'm not that dim witted!
  10. Surely its implications are unethical? factors such as terrorism and radiation exposure to people around waste dumps can't be right.
  11. What forces could provoke this fluctuation in expansion. Are we 10x bigger sometimes and 20x bigger later? Is the rate of expantion at all relavent to the outward expansion of the universe? (I'm 15 to btw!)
  12. I swear there is a theory that exists that says the earth just shoots off into space. This would be because of the sun collapsing and therefore having a much smaller effect on the earth. This seems logical on a simplistic level. Or would the suns expansion be to fast? Please tell me if i'm wrong.
  13. Oh dear god, this should answer my question. Thanks you so much for this explanation I've put it on word and will read through it. I briefly looked at it just now and it makes sense in the way you have explained. THANK YOU:D
  14. I agree with both of you that this is true. However, the meaning of the post was to try and start some sort of discussion that supernaturalness is actually simply natural. This is why its so interesting. These links suggest that the universe its self actually rearranges to your "magnetic signal". And yes my question is slightly answered^^
