    There are no flaws as the video proves.That is why I filmed it to prove my thought process. I knew it would work in 1995 when scientists from the Hurricane Research Division (HRD) told me it would weaken storms such as hurricane Andrew and any other hurricane that would cross over the cooler waters it creates at the surface.
